Different Edition of Book?

Hi all,
I am loving the book so far, but I just noticed that the guidelines for the read-a-long go to chapter 70, but my book only goes to Chapter 42? I have a mass market paperback from 1992.
Anyone have insight into why there would be two different editions with different number of chapters??

I just checked mine - also 1992 - and it goes to Chapter 42 also! My hardback came in today and that one also goes to 42.

Mine is a paperback edition released in 2011 and it also only has 42 chapters? I did a quick google (and by quick I mean 5 minutes) and could not find anything about it
Hmm I wonder if this means I may not be as behind in the read along as I thought!

Oh thats weird. We have the Limited edition, and one of us is on audible. Both are 70 chapters

What's the first sentence of your chapter 15?
Mine is
"Sunday the 12th of June, was warm and hazy with cloud cover that turned the sky into an inverted gray bowl."

And then goes on to talk about Diane's Uncle Art

That's what mine says and my book only goes to chapter 42.
